Lifestyle Vacations is a trade mark of France based company Antilope Productions founded in 1991 by Corinne A. Preteur. For almost twenty years, Antilope has been running a successfull business in communications and PR at the international, operating promotion actions for the travel trade, and for the food & wine industry, while conducting press trips worldwide with the most demanding people.
The idea of cooking vacations dates back to the Millenium when Corinne Preteur and Lauren Birmingham decided celebrate the New Year’s Eve on the Amalfi Coast in Italy, and visit Lauren’s family nearby Caserta. Lauren was the first one to start the business with Italy programs. France tours started 3 years later.
Lifestyle Vacations specializes in culinary tours throughout France, designed for gourmet amateurs and food enthusiasts all over the world, and especially in USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom, Ireland.
Lifestyle Vacations can be listed as a culinary tour operator, but better to be introduced as an artisan of travel and leisure, with about 20 programs presented at the brochure. All tours (except Taste of Provence) are exclusive to Lifestyle Vacations, designed by Corinne A. Preteur.

Born in Paris, and raised in the Loire Valley, Corinne has spent many years in the USA, working for Hasbro Milton Bradley group in Springfield,MA and Pawtucket,RI. She has also partnered Birmingham Associates in Boston,MA for years. Her understanding of the American lifestyle highly contribute to anticipate the clients needs and expectations, especially in the travel business. In her twenty five-year carreer, Corinne has led hundreds of VIP and press trips with the most demanding people. Corinne A. Preteur is the co-director of Côté Loisirs.com, and a member of the French Travel Writers Association.
When she does not report for Côté Loisirs.com, or design new tours or takes you at the telephone, she guides gourmet tours in Paris, and escorts culinary tours in France. Meantime, she travels throughout the regions of France to find luxury small hotels and outstanding privately owned properties, and to enrich her impressive network with chefs and local producers. Thanks to her artistic and creative spirit, Corinne Preteur has a sixth sense to create ultimate programs celebrating the « art de vivre à la française ». Corinne has been cooking since the age of 10, and this is her passion. She cooks for sharing, and for providing joy and happiness to people. Corinne coordinates pastry, macaroons and baking classes in Paris. What a delight !
Henry Salamone - Cameraman & TV Producer, Journalist & Photographer

Born in Lyon, and raised in the South of France, Henry Salamone started his carrer at the age of 20 as a musician and sound engineer. He has never been to any University but easily gained his expertise at the largest media groups he works for. Henry Salamone is today considered as one of the most talented journalist and cameraman in France, specializing in cycling and lifestyle.
The Tour de France has no secrets for him (he ran it several times and covered it for Sud Radio station, Cycling International, and Channel 5). Henry Salamone is today the chief editor of French leader lifestyle magazine Côté Loisirs.com created in 1995 with Corinne A. Preteur, and he still contributes to TV channels in Europe. Henry is the director of Côté Loisirs TV.
Sophie Charransol - Tour Leader in Provence

Sophie is born and raised in Northern Provence, in the heart of the Enclaves des Papes «Truffledom ». She operates her own tour guide company, a precious partner for Lifestyle Vacations. Exploring Provence with Sophie is a fantastic adventure through the most picturesque hamlets to largest historic sites and cities, and to tiny villages with narrow streets and paths that link to local people and to breathtaking landscapes.
Sophie drives a luxury air-conditioned minibus in the country of lavender fields, olive groves, and hilltop villages, and beyond as she offers excursions to Camargue, a territory at the border of the Mediterranean sea, which is famous for the ponds, lakes, wild horses, bulls, and migratory birds.

Lifestyle Vacations cooking classes are run by experienced French Executive chefs. From Paris to Versailles, Lyon, Avignon, Rhone Valley, French Riviera, Alsace, and Atlantic coast, all classes are hands-on, celebrating the traditional and delightful French cuisine through the specialities of the regions, using fresh ingredients from local producers. Geared towards food enthusiasts, classes are operated in friendly atmosphere with a high-quality teaching. Attending a Lifestyle Vacations cooking class or culinary tour remain a unique experience that participants keep in mind for ever.
