A tribute to the legendary pleasure of French cooking with a glorious celebration of the Lyon’s cuisine, the finest Beaujolais wines, and the traditions of the farms and artisans of the ‘Golden Stones’ region. Program includes an original approach and discovery of Lyon (birthplace of the silk industry) combining history & fashion designers shopping. Accommodation in a luxury private property nearby Lyon, or in charming B&B in downtown Lyon.
The winter season offers many delights to gourmet amateur and wine connoisseurs. Northern Provence “Enclave des Papes” located 45mn to Avignon, is the France most important black truffles “tuber melanosporum” production area. To explore this region and experience a unique culinary, and truffles adventure, Lifestyle Vacations has designed an exclusive program offering a complete educational approach of the truffles from the hunting to the market of Richerenches with experts, to finish in the kitchen, and then in your plate. Accomodation in privately owned luxury villa. Truffles are combined to the olives harvest and oil production. Program also features excursions, visits to producers and connection to the local people.
Cooking at starred-chef René Berard’s « Bastide des Saveurs » is an experience meant to be enjoyed, savored, and remembered for years.

You will be hosted in a beautiful 18th century house, restored and decorated by its owners Sylvie & Robert. Sylvie is a great cooker and she is leading cooking classes with traditional receipes of Alsatian cuisine. 
It combines visits and excursions, conferences, wine tastings and cooking classes. You will be hosted in a charming three-star hotel, a half-timbered building located in the historic quarter of Colmar close to the Interlinden Museum and "Petite Venise" famous for its canals. Anny Mayer's cooking school is downtown Colmar, few steps from your hotel. She's famous for her very refined cuisine. Capital of the Alsatian wines, the city of Colmar has a perfect location to explore the Route des Vins and medieval villages nearby.
Better than in Provence, Alsace has been kept the traditions alive especially for Christmas, with great food and home decoration. We have customized a unique culinary program in Colmar with specific cooking classes featuring noble products. Within a week, you will share the secrets of Anny’s cuisine, and participate to workshops that will give you ideas for decorating your home and creating nice ornaments by your own.
The Villa S. has a spacious well-equiped kitchen to welcome 5 to 6 participants for a cooking class. Under Etienne’s direction, you will experience a wonderful culinary adventure with hands-on half-day cooking courses. From Monday through Thursday you will cook each day a three-course meal (appetizer, main course and dessert) and learn the best traditional recipes from the Berry and the Loire Valley, revisited in a lighter style.
In the magnificient environment of the royal chateaux that lie along the Loire river, you will discover a great gourmet region reputed for its organic products from the market and from the producers directly, and of course for its wines. The exclusive Lifestyle Vacations Saveurs d’Anjou program features hands-on cooking classes, wine excursions, visits to local producers as well as cultural tours. It also provides a top luxury accomodation in an elegant private thirteenth century castle. Unique !
In the sunny Southern France, you will discover the spirit of Aveyron and its beautiful villages of La Couvertoirade, Belcastel, Conques, Najac, Estaing, Villefranche-de-Rouergue, Conques, Rodez… that stand today among the most treasured in France. The surrounding wild and hilly countryside remains untouched and natural, just as the first pilgrims found it, and this breathtaking district is known among the French to be one of the best places to rediscover peace of mind. The lush landscape is covered with nature reserves and wild forests, as well as caves and rocky plains. 
This program is designed for food & wine lovers, combining the exploration of cooking and wines Bordeaux Grand Crus among the First and Second Growths of Medoc and Saint-Emilion. With a top english-speaking executive chef from the Bordeaux Culinary Institute, you will learn to cook succulent Southwest cuisine, in the château’s kitchen. The cooking class is followed by a lunch. Afterwards, your guide will take you for a wine château’s visit including an instruction in wine tasting techniques, food & wine pairing, and other wine and gastronomy topics. One full-day is dedicated to Saint-Emilion.
You will be hosted in a a beautifully restored 17th century property, located in the village of Mercuès, famous for its castle on the hill overlooking the Lot valley). The luxurious villa has six adorable rooms furnished with antiques and decorated with a very good taste. It’s a quite place, surrounded by vineyards, fields of sunflowers and meticulous gardens with a private pool. Here, you will not only relax but also share the secrets of Sabine, the chef and owner, in hands-on cooking lessons, featuring the Quercy’s cuisine with duck, lamb, truffles, saffron, cheese and/or organic fresh products from the market.
