SAMPLE ITINERARY
A chauffeur will take you at Mulhouse airport and drive you to your quaint hotel located in the charming and picturesque city of Colmar.
During four days, each morning, you will join Anny at La Cuisine du 15 in central Colmar for learning the secrets of her fine cuisine : foie gras, escargots, turkey or goose or feasant cooked Alsatian-style, fruits and meat sauces, fishes from the river, iced-kugelhof, buttered-bredele-cookies, chocolate or almonds macarons, gingerbread, cinnamon cakes, etc.
Besides your hands-on cooking classes, you will discover Colmar and the surrounding villages of Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr or Kaysersbeg with a private English-speaking guide. In the meantime, you will enjoy Fanchon for a special home decoration workshop where you could create nice ornaments by your own and learn the secrets of this wonderful woman.
As Alsace is so famous for its wines, your excursions will include vineyards and cellars visits with tastings conference on the food & wine pairing.
