MORE INFORMATION
ROYAL GOLF OF FEZ – 18 holes (6742 par 72)
The setting : countryside looking out towards the summits of the High Atlas.
The raw materials : a magnificent olive grove.
The architect : Cabell B. Robinson.
He really put his heart into this project : accentuating the natural contours of the terrain to produce the undulating fairways and the treacherously sloping greens ... playing with the great lake, drawing it out, dividing it into three for the greater delight of the golfers, providing the greens with a whole battery of defenses; trees, water, bunkers, giant bunkers (the largest covering 1,200 square meters! ).
ROYAL GOLF OF MEKNES - 9 holes (2960 par 36)
Nine holes rooted deep in history; the incomparable Meknes Royal Golf Club is laid out at the heart of the imperial city of the Sultan Moulay Ismaïl, with the roofs and minarets of the Medina as a background, in a garden overflowing with flowers, plum, orange, palm, olive and apricot trees. With ramparts in which storks nest, a fountain decorated with mosaics, sculpted windows and niches, colonnades and crenellated towers, the golfer travels back in time as he plays his round. Close to green number 4, a Moorish door leads into the Royal Palace ; on the green of number 7 an exquisite staircase in white and green faience leads to the ramparts where the club house is situated. The enchantment lasts throughout the round, and even into the night if you so desire, for here you can play by floodlight- or even by the light of the moon.
HOTEL PALAIS JAMAI

COOKING CLASS - Learn in small, intimate groups the secrets of Moroccan cuisine.
Thousands of years old, it is characterized by associations of salt and sugar, using fruits and vegetables, and careful use of spices such as cinnamon, cumin, ginger, pepper, parsley, coriander, and sweet chili. Each class is preceded by a brief introduction to Moroccan cuisine, during which the history and traditions of the "speciality of the day" are described. An interpreter (English, French) provides detailed preparation and cooking instructions. Three hours are enough to prepare an appetizer and an entree or an entree and a dessert. With the top chef of the prestigious Al Fassia restaurant you will discover the art of rolling couscous, kneading bread, and creating the pastries and cakes traditionally eaten at breakfast. You will also share its secrets of the traditonal tagine while making cold and hot Moroccan drinks, such as mint tea, flavored coffee, almond milk, and carrot and cucumber drinks.
