In Paris, you are welcomed to luxury B&B conveniently located in the Latin Quarter, Montmartre or Le Marais, which are beautiful artistic and alive districts that preserves the Parisian lifestyle and charm. You will be accommodated at a beautifully decorated bedroom with its private bathroom providing all comfort you need. Delightful breakfasts include home-made cakes, brioches or croissants with jams, as well as fruits juice and yogurt. Considering limited rooms offered at Paris B&Bs, reservations in advance are strongly recommended. In case of late booking, we offer a 3-star small charming hotel lodging nearby Opera, or Latin Quarter, or Montparnasse 14th district.

> Opera Paris Gourmand Opera with chef Myriam
The Opera Cooking School is located steps to Saint Lazare, and boulevard Haussmann shopping area. You are welcome at Chef Myriam’s home, a beautifully 19th century apartment that has been recently renovated and decorate with a great taste. Myriam belongs to a family of cooks, and she gained the passion to cook through her grand-mother. Myriam speaks a very good English, and she is a wonderful teacher too. Within her classes you learn how to prepare a 3-course meal including starter, main course and dessert celebrating the French traditional cuisine. Classes start at 10:30am, and ends at around 2:00pm after the lunch offered in the elegant Parisian dining room.

20 minutes distance to Paris, Versailles is reputed for its amazing chateau, but the city is also a spot for food enthusiasts. Steps to Notre Dame market, Versailles Cooking School provides a very attracting programs that includes the market visit with the chef, a 3-hour hands-on class celebrating the French refined cuisine, and the tasting lunch accompanied by wine. Classes are taught in English, and operated by Chef Patricia who is graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.
PARIS GOURMET TRAIL
Paris is simply beautiful and when we explore the city by walking and taking time, memories will be kept in mind for ever. Lifestyle Vacations gourmet trail is based on a 4-hour exploration of Paris left bank, totally off-the beaten paths. Gourmet trail has been designed by Corinne Preteur, and escorted by the designer personally. It includes the best culinary spots, a selection of Corinne’s personal addresses and contacts among the artisans she knows for more than twenty years. When regular tours count participants by dozens, Corinne’s unique gourmet tours are intimate, limited to 4 people.
During the market visit Corinne provides her personal tips and recipes using fresh seasonal produces, and explain how to combine and cook flavorful ingredients without too much fat that make the French cuisine so unique. The trail continues through Saint Germain des Prés with top-quality bakeries, cheese shops, charcuteries and olive oils shops, as well as finest pastries, macaroons and chocolate boutiques. We taste products in shops, sometimes we share a glass of wine with the merchants. At around noon, you will enjoy a unique moment : food & wine lunch break at Georges’, small wines shop
WALKING TOURS OF PARIS & VERSAILLES
Nothing’s better than exploring a city with a local guide. Former PR agent and travel writer, Corinne A. Preteur offers a unique approach of France regions and cities through ultimate guided tours totally off the beaten paths. She provides information about the History of France, without forgetting to tell about the way of life in the country according to the traditions, and local cultures. Participants are free to stop when they want, to relax, or make some personal shopping. Tours always include breaks to enjoy a fresh or hot drink accompanied by a delicacy. Corinne’s tours are intimate, limited to 4 participants. Paris and Versailles are explored by walking, according to thematics : old quarters, villages, river and canals, squares, hills and islands, galleries and covered arcades, cosmopolitan areas, photography, antiques, etc
> DAY 1 (Wednesday) : Welcome to Paris !

> DAY 2 (Thursday) : Morning Cooking Class & Lunch / Afternoon Guided Tour of Paris 19th century galleries and passages

- Morning hands-on class at the Opera Cooking School under Chef Myriam direction. Class celebrates the French traditional cuisine.

In the afternoon, you will explore Paris right bank totally off-the-beaten paths through elegant passages and galleries.The walking tour lasts 3 hours.

> DAY 3 (Friday) : Full-day in Versailles : Market visit, cooking class, gourmet lunch, walking tour of the historic city of Versailles through its picturesque quarters.
- Breakfast at the hotel or B&B.
- Private round-trip transfer by car from Paris to Versailles.
- Market visit starting at 9:30am, followed by a 3-hour hands-on class at the Versailles Cooking School celebrating the refined French cuisine. Gourmet tasting lunch accompanied by wine follows.
- In the afternoon, Corinne will guide you through Versailles historic quarters. English-speaking sightseeing lasts 3 hours.
- You’ll be back to Paris at around 7:00pm

> DAY 4 (Saturday) : Gourmet Tour in Paris / Afternoon Wine Tasting Class & Tasting
- Breakfast at the hotel or B&B.
- Morning gourmet tour of Paris left bank through Saint Germain des Prés and the Latin District, starting at 9:30am through 1:30pm. It includes food & wine tastings among Paris most refined products : macaroons and pastries, bread and cheese, olive oil and Provence specialities, south west products, French wines.
- At 5:00pm starts a 2-hour wine tasting class in the 1st district nearby Le Louvre. Our sommelier Olivier will review the French wines through a conference and tasting of seven different wines. With a unique and refreshing approach, he explains how to read a label and how to navigate a wine list. You also learn the wine techniques and be guided in the food and wine harmony.
