I want to thank you for a great experience yesterday. I thoroughly enjoyed the chance to see the inner workings of a bakery and to learn methods I can try at home to make great breads and pastries (provided I get a KitchenAid of course!). I especially want to thank you for helping to make the logistics and the class itself go so smoothly. I probably could have managed the transport on my own, but am glad I didn't have to.

Your translation between Patrick and me was completely indispensable, and of course you have a great deal of knowledge yourself which was also very helpful to me. So, thank you very very much. Thank you for a great experience in France....not only did I see the little outdoor markets and had a great cooking class learning macarons...but I was with locals and enjoyed their culture. My Paris experience was amazing, and Provence was also great. Chef Rene Berard was so informative… I learned hands-on the great recipes of the South in Provence with pate, grilled fish and loverly desserts that we too pretty to eat. The wines were excellent in every class and I made new friends and shared good conversation. Both programs were amazing and interesting, the chefs know how to cook and lead each class with insight. My only regret is that I did not have more time....I left my heart in Paris...thanks for a great cooking experience.

I truly enjoyed my stay in Lyon. The classes were small and intimate and I left with a score of new ideas and cooking techniques. On our off days, I visited charming cheese and wine shops that I would have known or found on my own. The food was excellent and the chef Raphael took time and care to make our stay a magical experience.

02Dear Corinne,
I can't thank you enough for arranging the amazing macaroon class!  Despite the fact that my French is not that strong , I was able to follow along with the recipes and the group was very warm and welcoming. I managed even get in a few jokes! (in French!)  Plus- the macaroons rivaled any that I had previously tasted-especially the "caramel sale".
The gourmet tour was delightful. It was a privilege to meet a master cheese maker and to learn about the whole process of "affinage". Best of all-getting to taste those gorgeous cheeses! Wandering in to the historic pastry shops and restaurants was also a treat.  Would you consider making the tour longer or perhaps two days? Thank you for such a wonderful time..... Merci Beaucoup Encore!

We were thrilled with the cooking class. Florence the chef/teacher was great! Her helper had to leave 1/2 way into the kids class, so Cathy and I stayed and helped...Great Fun!!!! I am trying the Lamb recipe tonight for a friend. We got to keep our aprons from the regular class, they are very nice. We may wear them to match at Thanksgiving.
We also would like to thank you for the kind welcome we got at the Restaurant Oscar.The guys there were great, the food was outstanding and the service was excellent! I told them they should come visit us in California, so bring them next time you come!
Thanks so much for enrolling us in the class and for the dinner you cooked at your house. I hope we see you over here. Perhaps in a year or two we'll need a class in Naples. A bientot!
